Today Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “Any individual found indulging in any act of brutality against the cows will be put behind bars.”
While speakingat an event organized by “Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Gauraksha Vibhag” Chief Minister Yogi said, “Any person found being cruel to cows, forget about killing the cows, if anyone is seen even hurting them with a stick would straight away go to the jail.”
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also stated, “Cow is not at all exported from Uttar Pradesh. It is incorrect to say that the largest amount of meat is exported from Uttar Pradesh.” Not even a piece of cow’s meat can be exported from the state of Uttar Pradesh. No one can even dare to indulge in the act of meat export as it is completely banned in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Chief Minister Adityanath also said that his government is the first ever government to put a complete ban on all the illegal slaughtering houses, and that no other government has done this before.
Land for cattle grazing also has been identified in Uttar Pradesh, and all the authorities have been instructed to keep a close watch on the land and also has allowed the land free for grazing.
Ever since Adityanath Took his oath as Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, he was very clear on with his decision of shutting down illegal slaughtering houses, to which the traders of meat were unhappy. They said it would not only hit he revenue but also the livelihood of thousands of traders who earn their daily bread from the meat business.
It is because of cow smuggling that the industries based on dairy have failed to flourish according to the BJP’s accounted documents.
